Subject: please do not misunderstand my post. i am not bejurdging this dancer her placing, as i mentioned above she was a lovely dancer. i was simply asking as i was unware how it worked. if my dancer stopped during their set dance i would assume they would go straight to the bottom of the section and that is what i would hve told my child if it happened to us. so i was interested to see this not being the case on the weekend. i do think its unfair, good luck to her, i was trying to educate myself for the future. ive since asked out TC and it seems its "Judges discression" and it can go either way.
In reply to: dm 's message, "Genuine question, if a dancer stops during their set dance and the judge allows them to re dance do they get marked on the first attempt or the second? witnessed a dancer on the weekend, stop, was allowed to redance, she went on to win the section. she was a lovely dancer, i was just a little suprised to see her after she clearly stopped and was unable to finish the dance." on Mon, Sep 11 2017, 11:47:48"
