Subject: Yes and no, a teacher who is charging money to teach dancing, should have the skills to teach dancing. They are the service provider and should pay for themselves to do a workshop, it's called professional developement. Business owners need to learn and keep themselves current to retain their customers. Fundraising for floors and heating etc are also something that the business should provide for their customers.
