Subject: And once again, why should a child be punished for this? If anyone should be punished it should be the person doing the poaching. When there was no ban in ACT there were almost no transfers between schools, I can think of three, maybe four in 15 years. People don't take transferring lightly, there has to be something seriously wrong for this to happen so why would a TC want to keep a seriously unhappy family in their school anyway? is it not better for everyone, family and TC, if they move on? It's just spiteful to punish the child stuck in the middle.
