Author: Many dancers do come back from OS to compete. Always great to watch them.
Subject: Nothing is stopping them from competing so long as they follow the rules of the championship - being registered (training) with an Australian school at the time entries are due.

  • the nationals are supposed to be a closed competition if you are training overseas for the majority if not all of the year than you should be ruled out. (NT) -- same thing applies with Irish nationals. it is not about 'oh but I was born in Australia' it is where you are training and who you are registered with, Tue, Jun 12 2018, 20:43:53"
  • Why? What is the reason for ruling them out? (NT) -- Makes no sense whatsoever, other than reducing the competition., Wed, Jun 13 2018, 0:29:38"
