Subject: The exact same thing could have happened to Milton, this is completely beyond their control. We have had a similar thing happen to us with Virgin and had to drive from Canberra to the Gold Coast with 2 hours notice to get to Nationals on time. I feel very sorry for this vendor, this will have cost them a lot of money.
