Subject: if 1 state cant do their qualifier then they should all be cancelled. So unfair for the Victorians who have also worked hard this year
In reply to: DM 's message, "World 2021 qualifications. It seems every other region have announced their U11 WQ from 2019 results. Posts on other voys it seems this is a blanket CLRG decision? So if worlds is to go ahead (I myself doubt it will) and we don’t get to have our state championships (again I highly doubt that will happen) when will we find out if our children have qualified? I have a disappointed dancer seeing all her OS friends and the hype of them qualifying on social media! I think we need a bit of communication from our association as to what is happening! Give the children something to work towards!" on Tue, Aug 18 2020, 9:47:49"

  • So because one state has heart broken kids the only fair thing to do is break the hearts of every other kid in the country? I dont think so. Yes this is terrible for the Victorian kids but there’s no reason other states cannot proceed. Give all the other kids in Australia who are able to a chance to compete and do what they love and what they’ve worked hard for. (NT) -- Dm, Thu, Aug 27 2020, 15:00:16"
  • As Victoria is no longer having their state s will they notify dancers of their requalification and give them all new certificates to say they have qualified for 2021? As these dancers have nothing now to look forward to this is the least AIDA could do for them in this awful time (NT) -- lockdown dm, Sun, Sep 13 2020, 11:58:06"
