It’s not a joke for the elementary and intermediate dancers who are often padding out the sections at state and nationals, working hard and hoping to recall. Without them there would be fewer WQs and recall positions. What is a joke is when girls girls who have already won a prelim championship or WQ or placed top 10 at the Australian Championships still enter.
