Author: very sad to see
Subject: Absolutely 100% agree. We have dancers who will whinge behind the teachers back, yet in class they walk away when given feedback, roll their eyes, just stop in the middle of class, and constantly answer back with reasons they cant do this or that. No matter what tools they're provided with, they refuse to do the work. Yet they then wonder why they get poor results & blame the teacher
In reply to: senior dancer 's message, "It must be hard for TC's to not have favourites. Some dancers, even those with talent, can be a pain to work with especially in the teenage years! Yes, they should treat everyone equally but when you have one dancer who is happy to be in class, does what the TC says, works at home etc, I can see how a TC would give them more attention when other dancers slack off, make up reasons why they need to sit down in class when everyone else is working and rolls their eyes when told to do something again. Everyone thinks that their child is an angel in class, trust me, some are definitely not!" on Sun, Dec 30 2018, 13:31:58"
