Subject: The same could have been said for when the Penrith school set up and there was already a school in Penrith at the time. As the above poster said, if you're happy at your own school in Penrith then this shouldn't bother you one bit. We need more schools and more dancers coming into Irish dance, and another young school is only a good thing.
In reply to: No, this is not the teacher of the other school. 's message, "Isn't it a bit rude to set up a new dance school, (Lenihan Acadamey), in Penrith when there is already an established dance school in the area? I know it is probably not technically forbidden but when there are area's of Sydney where there are no dance schools, why not set up there?" on Sat, Apr 27 2019, 20:04:19"

  • Yes, I suppose it's a dog eat dog world unfortunately, No such thing as respect and honesty anymore. It's get what you can get and it doesn't matter who you tread on to get there. (NT) -- OP over and out., Sun, Apr 28 2019, 13:54:45"
  • Are you seriously so threatened by a young TC setting up a beginner class? You obviously don’t know the history of Irish dance in the Penrith area, with your pearl clutching and mock outrage (NT) -- Ridiculous, Sun, Apr 28 2019, 14:08:32"
