Subject: It should be up to individuals if they tan or not. I don't think dancers should be critised for using tan. If they want let them, otherwise don't use it.

  • Not true!! Natural skin is preferred in ballet and opera and other theatre genres. Irish dancing doesn't even use theatre lighting - it is just a big hall lit like a normal room.
