Hi Courtney! Joe's wife, Kirsten, was in Happy Birthday in season 1 as a saloon girl when the town gave Dr Mike her sign. His sister, Kathy, and his neice and nephew were in For Better or Worse in season 3. They were part of the townspeople in the scene where Sully & Dr Mike board the train for their honeymoon. The children ran behind Brian Toovey waving goodbye as the train pulled away. Kirsten also appeared in at least one other later episode as part of the townspeople at an event and Kathy played a woman in the train station a later episode called Runaway Train.
