I'm more than a little piqued! I tend to just lurk around here so I'll see information about Joe when it happens. One thing I like is we get REAL information, not just filler, not maybe's, not conjecture. No, we get REAL information that Joe shares with us through Judy.
JoAnn -- have you been a fan of Joe's for very long? I find it hard to believe it could have been too very long or you'd understand Joe better. First, it's quite obvious Joe is a Family Man. His family comes first, as it should always be (and, in the entertainment business, too seldom is!). Secondly, he tends to be a private person. We don't see pictures of Joe at every outing, working on getting his face, his family's faces on magazine covers. Could you be a fan of someone who shows themselves everywhere in whatever situation? Well, if that's what you want, you've picked the wrong guy!
Now, what makes you think even if Judy wanted to "let someone else run the site" you'd get anymore information out of Joe? Or, do you want Judy to just make things up so you have something to read? And who do you think should have the job? YOU? Why? Apparently Joe feels comfortable enough with Judy to share information with her. Why would he feel that way with anyone else? He and Judy have a relationship that goes back years ... and, yet, it's that of Actor and Website Manager, not "best buds." I'm sure Joe has told Judy things he has asked not to be publicized and she's honored his wishes. The first time she doesn't honor his wishes, will probably be the last time we have any type of "personal" contact with Joe.
Joe used to be a lot more open with the fans. And, then, some fans violated his trust in such a way that put him and his family in possible danger. Yeah, I'd sure want to open up when there are people who think it's acceptable to stalk me and my children ... who continue to do things that could prove harmful to me and my family.
So, next time anyone wants to be MAD there hasn't been enough information to suit them, step back, think again, and be glad we have some forum where there is some way to get information about an actor we like. Joe doesn't have to share and Judy doesn't have to spend her time (unpaid and too often unappreciated by the readers here) doing what she can to help us share Joe!
