Really enjoyed watching Joe in Spotlight last night, especially the q&a afterwards. It was great to see him. Loved the new look too. Of course it really doesn't matter. Buckskins or jeans, scruff or clean shaven, glasses or not, hats or hatless, he's still a class act. Would be great if Spotlight could continue on as a series.

Hi Sharon. I watched the screening of Spotlight as well. I thought his performance was fantastic. He left me wanting to know more about his character. What caused him to drink so much? Why was he sleeping in his car? What happened on the last job and was it linked to the drinking? And so much more. I think if this short film does well on the festival circuit, it just may be made as a series or even a big screen movie. That would be awesome indeed. The Q and A time was nice. It was cool that my question was asked. I was the one who asked about research as a bodyguard and if he knew of someone with one. Joe did look great, although I kept wondering why he didn't take off the cap inside the building. LOL I agree he is still a class act. Always will be.

Spotlight is a good movie but too short LOL. There is so much to exploit from the two main characters (Eve Mauro is not only beautiful but serious, I like her restraint acting - same for Joe). Joe is excellent (as always) in the role of lost, alcoholic man but obstinate and concerned. This short film makes you want to see more.
As for the look of Joe, I find it very modern and mysterious. And if I can say "sexy". Not bad for a man of nearly 50 years old.;-)

Everbody who was watching Spotlight have had many good luck. I wake up at 4:50am (my husband show me a bird) and want to see Spotlight too. I was at the chat, but I saw nothing from Spotlight or something other (only the logo). I don´t know whats wrong. Yesterday, the whole sunday, I try to found the mistake but I can´t see any movie of the other channel. Maybe somebody knows the mistake? I have the flashplayer from Adobe and I believe the flashplayer from Quick. So I read all your messages about Joe and Spotlight. I am very sad about it and maybe anybody can help.
Thanks yours Carola

Spotlight was great! Sorry some of you were unable to see it. I, too, hope it does well in film festivals because there are so many aspects of the story that could be expanded into a full length film. I think it is perhaps some of Mr. Lando's best work. I'm curious if Judy A. knows if the new look is for an upcoming part or simply a vacation from shaving? Personally, I'm hoping we will see him in something else soon! :)

I was browsing through information about Spotlight. I found a picture of Joe Lando's new look.

I don't know if you can send a picture to VoyUser. If you can, I don't know how.
