 When I was there, late 80s, the whorehouse was called the "185" - downtown Giessen up the hill from a club called the Ausweg. When I first got to Germany there was an orientation class and crash course in German language -- and the Sgt. giving the bus tour of Giessen stopped at the 185 as part of the tour. Yep those were the days :)
