 I was in Svc battery, 3rd / 79th from 73 to 75. I remember the mess hall and the club. Col Thompson I believe may have started the Hardcharger nickname, we were out running 3 miles every morning and he'd be right beside us.

I was one of the early ones trained for the Lance and got to Rivers when Gooch, Wade E, Hoot, Rick and others were already there from the Honest John missle.

Years ago I got together with a couple of the guys, Vince Wycoff, Roger Lewis, Dale Van Brunt. Anybody else out there?
