WOW.A web site for old hard chargers. I was in svc battery from dec 73' till may of 74', when I was transfered to hq. battery to be the new battalion mailman till aug of 75'. I had the BEST job at rivers and it still SUCKED! To this day I celebrate 10 Aug,the day I left germany, not the day I got out of the army(which was 3 days later)I remember you, doug, and captain Foster too. I can see the face of the lt. but just can't remember his name. He liked rivers as much as I did. Hq. battery leader was capt. Uzzle. capt.Cadwell was the officer I reported to....and sgt berger. One of my roommates, Rex Keene, just signed my guestbook on the classmates website. Wrote to Elwood Galintine but got no response. What was the name of the lt.col.?...the short little guy that would always say "hey there fellers, watcha' all doin'?" And how are you doin' there, feller?...lol
