The season finale was an interesting twist on that statement, IMO. I won't spoil anything for you if you haven't seen it.

I am a huge CCA fan, so I couldn't watch the show without Monica, even if I don't like how the character is written. I don't think I could watch the show without all 6 of them. It wouldn't be the same.

My hope for season 9: That Chandler and Monica have good storylines and actually get to ACT like their married, that Phoebe gets used to her potential, and that there are some good Monica and Rachel storylines and Chandler and Joey ones. But maybe I'm asking for too much...
