There's no way Joey will actually let Rachel think he was proposing. It would just be too out of character for him. Rachel was so hormonal and emotional then, and he knew it. Joey would never take advantage of one of his friends. A drunk girl in a bar, maybe, but not one of his friends. Especially someone he's still in love with. I just don't buy it, I've been manipulated by finales too many times. (i.e TOA the beach) So I'm really convinced that if anything happens between R and J, it won't be because of this.
