I really need your help my brother is in prisons doing time on a charge that he already completed. what they did was make up other false documents to give him a 30 years sentence for possession of crack. He discovered the false documents when he went to prisons. He lost trail to a case on 9/20/02, he also found another police report stating that he was arrested again on 9/23/02 for a sale charge and a fake weapon. That couldn't have happen because he lost trial on 9/20/02 and never came back out. The arrest suppose to have taken place at the jail house it stated. We have spent over $20,000 dollars for lawyers and so far they just have taken our money. It seem they do not want the truth to come out containing all these make up documents to set him free. This is a case of double jeopardy for my brother, because he has serve time on the same case before. Montel please we need your help or someone that will listen. We don't want another family to go through this kind of pain we have been through the last 6 years.
