aqui en Mexico, se esta escuchando principalmente para los casos de secuestro, a mi en lo personal me parece que si deberia ejercerse, cuando todas las pruebas esten 100% seguras de que hay culpabilidad, lo malo de este podrido sistema de justicia, es eso precisamente, matas a alguien y ya se acaba el juicio, si el no era culpable, alguien mas va a andar libre...
