This is an interesting article from a "Messianic Jew" site - the quotes are accurate, and it is well worth a read as a restatement of the Neuri-Karte position. However the editorial opinion in the final two sentences gives away it's non-Jewish origin ..
"The collective salvation of the People of Israel will come in any case, according to the Divine preordained destiny of human history."
.. this is Jewish..
"But the fate of each individual in this salvation will be decided according to his own deeds, the result of his free choice."
... this is not Jewish.
Judiasm posits ONLY collective sälvation in this world - even though that includes the worldly resurection of the dead. http://www.britannica.com/ebc/article?eu=402904
