今日先有時間上一上黎，而家每日得２４個鐘Ｄ時間好唔夠用，真係要一日有３６個鐘先掂(我有時得５粒鐘時間休息咋)，近排好多時都係賽日早上先整好個榜，第一場開跑前先度好頭幾場點買，實在好趕，唔係我做野既作風，我一向都係慢熱，要時間同心理準備去做野，下季(或者可以話以後)再賣榜既機會不大，實在人老矣，精力不繼。其實我無時無刻都想話找機會放個榜上網，俾新知舊雨參考，不過人老左實在眼'目訓'，Ｄ野未做完都要仆上床'目訓'，實在鬥不過睡魔，最後一期可唔可以上網，真難說得準。
