the wheels are starting to chip (WHEEL VINT)dont powdercoat,but their in very good shape no bends no curbs.I will include the (plain police cap)but,no trim rings.I will reiterate that they are 5x5 bolt pattern not 4-3/4 .I had them on my caprice.
