Subject: Fluffy Cream Pumpkin Pie

Fluffy Pumpkin Dessert

CRUST:
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs or ginger snap cookies crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
Combine and press firmly into 9x13 pan. Bake at 375° for 6-8 minutes
FILLING:
2 (3 oz) pkgs. vanilla pudding.
1 1/3 c. milk
1 (16 0z.)pumpkin 0r pumpkin pie filling
1 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice ( omit if using pumpkin pie filling instead of pumpkin)
2 c. whipped topping
Add pudding to milk. Mix slowly till blended. Add pumpkin and spice mix. Blend slowly and then blend in topping. Pour over crust and chill several hours.
