Subject: Easy Yeast Feather Rolls

Rolls
1 package active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
4 tablespoons butter softened
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3/4 cup warm milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
Stir the yeast in to the warm water and let stand for 5 minutes. Mix
together the dissolved yeast, butter, sugar, salt, egg and milk in a large
bowl. Beat until smooth. Add the flour and blend vigorously until blended.
Cover and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour. Stir down and fill
buttered muffin tin half full. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400º. Bake rolls for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 1 dozen
