Subject: Rich and Creamy Noodle Bake

1 8 oz package of fine noodles, cooked and drained (I use the thin spaghetti)
1 small box of fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, minced
1 8 oz. pak cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp salt
Breadcrumbs for top
dots of butter

Preheat oven to 350º.

Saute the mushrooms and onions until tender. I like to add fresh garlic as well. Add this to the drained hot cooked noodles and gently mix. Add in the softened cream cheese by spoonfuls and carefully mix. Mix together the sourcream, worcestershire sauce, salt, and granulated garlic then add to noodles and mix together.
Put into greased casserole dish and top with plain or seasoned breadcrumbs and dots of butter.
Cover and bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
