Tangy Mustard Cauliflower

1 med. head cauliflower
2 T. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese



Place cauliflower in 1 1/2 qt. glass casserole. Add water, cover. Microwave on high for 8 - 9 minutes or until tender crisp. Combine mayonnaise, onion, and mustard in small mixing bowl. Spoon mustard sauce on top of cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on 70% for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to heat topping and melt cheese. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Makes 6 - 8 servings.
