Subject: Spaghetti Sauce

Spaghetti Sauce

2 large yellow onions, chopped
2 large loves chopped garlic
64 oz canned crushed tomatoes
12 oz tomato paste
3 tsps Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes cayenne pepper
olive oil
2 T sugar

Saute onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and cook a few mins. being careful not to scorch.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 6 to 8 hours in large, heavy kettle.

Note: The key to this delicious sauce is the simmer time. The longer you cook this sauce the better it gets. It's even better the day after and freezes well.
