Subject: Cake Cheescake

3 8oz packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla
6 eggs

Cream together cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar. Add vanilla and mix well.
Add eggs 2 at a time and beat well. Set aside.

Cake Mixture
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt - sift these three ingredients together
1 stick oleo or butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon of milk

Cream oleo or butter, sugar, and vanilla, then add milk and beat mixture well.
Add eggs and beat well. Next add dry ingredients gradually and mix well.
Take 9x13x2 inch pan and grease it. Pour the cake mixture and spread over the
bottom and the sides of the pan. Don't be worried if it looks like there isn't
much cake batter. The recipe calls only for enough to spread over the bottom and
sides of the pan. Then pour cream cheese mixture over this and bake in an oven
heated 325º for 1 hour. Take out of oven and spread over the top of
cake with the following mixture:

Topping Mixture

1 1/2 cups sour cream
Add sugar to taste
2 teaspoons vanilla and mix well

Return to oven for 5 minutes. Then remove and cool well before cutting.
