I believe that miss river city and other locals are trying to bring integrity and honor to the name of the miss south carolina organization. whoever wins this pageant will have won it fair and square and deserves the utmost respect from the pageant community. There are five phases of competition and none of them are called "butt-kissing" or "smartest political move"
