She was a wonderful contestant and was well-deserving of a top 15 placement. Not sure what happened there. As we all know "different judges, different day, different outcome." Anyone can have a bad day in interview or have a bad bunch of questions thrown their way. Her LED is one of the most dedicated in the state regardless of the number of contestants she has participating. I know for a fact that all of the girls were offered support and guidance throughout their year and were given the chance to attend and participate in at least one mock interview. Pointing the finger at the LED is a low move especially considering that so many contestants seek outside help from coaches, friends, family, etc. Let's move past the negativity and get excited for our new state winners and upcoming locals.
