Don't worry. That won't happen. I believe the Miss America Pageant will have better judges that will be able to distinguish the best talent. Ali is very pretty but she needs a better talent. After hearing her talent I completely discounted her. A girl playing Chopin did a very nice job. Also, Miss Greater Greer Teen had a fabulous talent. When she did not win talent I knew the Judges didn't have a clue. When we have Judges with no background in the performing arts you can't expect them to really know the difference. Before you ask how I know I will say that I am not related to any of the contestants, I have an undergraduate and a masters degree in music. I played professionally for several years. I have also danced with different companies and I have been on the board of some of the best dance companies in the country. If they are going to have talent they need judges who can judge it.

Although I do think Rachel and Sydney had great talents, I personally loved Surfside Beach Teen's talent. I got chills listening to her. She put a lot of heart and soul into her song, she had my vote after that. I was very surprised she didnt make top 5. I had her in the top 3.
