Rain IS lucky to have you, Connie--because you love her and care for her and do a super job of both!!! Now, as to vitamins--I use the LM Animal Farms for Hampsters and Gerbils, l drop per ounce of water; and they get fresh water with vitamins every day. Since they are not available close to where I live, I just order them from Petco; they are shipped quickly and I have them in just a few days. I also keep a salt wheel in the cage as well as a mineral block and cuttlebone. Don't see them using those often but it is there if they need it, and they tend to know when that is. Now, Agnes/Cruella has raised gliders for years, so I hope she sees this post and responds because I am clueless on them!
