(I had a similar situation here, Mary, with ...) a litter of three. In my case, one pup seemed bigger, one seemed 'about right', and the third, small and 'too skinny'. What I did was begin to take the large pup out, for a bit of handling, several times during the day, while giving the other two more time with momma. I did consider supplemental feeding for the little one, but worried that I'd do more harm than good (formula is not as perfect a food as the momma's milk). I also made sure I gave momma as many wax worms as she'd eat, to make sure her milk was as rich as possible. The three pups all grew up fine, and the smaller pup eventually caught up, in size. Their momma was very tame, of course, and didn't seem too concerned with my interference. You will have to consider your Ms. Bubbles, and her disposition toward you, in making your decision. Also, if Ms. Bubbles can, she may decide to move her pups to another nesting location, to thwart your daily efforts. My momma had only the bathroom from which to choose nests, so was still pretty confined, and only moved 'one box over, one time', with the litter. Good luck to you, and the three new 'bubbles'.
