Its not unusual to have a runt in the litter.. I have not had any experience with pups yet. but a lot with kits ( baby chinchillas) and that is exactly what I learned to do. I would remove the biggest one and give the runt a chance to get the best nipples and drink his belly full. But if you do not see some changes soon, I would diffinately use supplements. I'd keep it on hand just in case...
