(Hope the dental work will - work! lol! My Ahab got his ...) nails clipped, yesterday -- well, as much as he'd allow, anyway, without actually holding him. He was getting way to panicky, when I tried to hold him (in a nice big towel), to do the job as well as I'd hoped. He's now in his 10th year -- amazing. He came to me in the late spring of 1997! So, since his nails (which he used to keep clipped, himself ...) don't grow into his feet, but just grow out to the sides, I don't think it's worth making him wheeze and panic, by forcing him to hold still for a manicure. His winter coat is growing in, too, and he had this fringe of long summer hair still holding on, around his backside -- so, I did manage to groom some of that away, too. He's just such a tiny fellow -- and adorable. I like having him around ... :~} Again, hope Nuggets will be a-ok soon!
