Subject: Pootie's walnuts

Came home from work last night (about 12:30am), went into the Princess room to get her food dishes for refilling, feed her and put her in her cage for the night. I hear her chirping and some scratching around in a box. I feared she was in trouble. Thankfully she just had a walnut in her favorite box and I believe she was letting me know where she was. She came out and showed herself then threatened me to *not* come any closer to her walnut, and went back in her box. I come back with her dinner and (aha!) another walnut. She sees my walnut, takes hers down into a stash she has and quickly runs over to take *my* walnut. :) :) Who's a spoiled little squirrel? I do get a 'kiss' first. Later when she's in her cage and watching me eat a piece of pecan pie I take in a little pecan piece with goo on it. She gets so excited she almost shakes :) Amazing little critter. Greedy too.
