I can honestly say that I wouldn't change the way our POC is done. It is unique, the kids involved love making up the choreography and performing it and it makes the dinner dance that much more fun. We never stay and watch POCs when they are after awards, it's always too much with stuff everywhere and people trying to make plans for later, and these young ladies and men deserve to be showcased this way and not when they want to be celebrating with their friends, family and teachers. It has been done like this for many, many moons. Why is it all of a sudden a problem?
