Subject: It is kind of odd. With the O one week away, if a dancer is not prepared by now, it is too late. And I am sure that many who are not "top 10" are also training very hard. I doubt at this point, the "top 10'rs" are doing anything any different than anyone else.

  • Re: Our school has quite a few top 10s in past years. We have been going very strong and will continue to do so until Monday or Tuesday night. Then it lightens up for the rest of the week and on to the competition. Eat Healthy. Avoid taking athletic risks. Get lots of sleep and keep taking vitamins.
