Subject: my dd loves I.D., loves Feis's, the socializing at them, etc. We can do the local Feis and our regional "O," but my job doesn't pay me enough to do anyting overseas or even Nationals for that matter...we are happy, but not so sure that our TC is happy with our choice. If you do it for the love of it and do what you can afford, it's all good. He/she will just never become a world champ..but I don't think that really matters to the majority of people. Realistic people anyways? I could be wrong though.
