There is no restriction on who competes in the ECRO. Kids who recall go to NANs regardless of level. Based on their dancing. Open dancers going qualified for Open. If anything PC dancers who qualify from their Oireachtas actually really earned it if they managed to out dance champ dancers on a specific day.
