Subject: for right now, let the soreness ease before you run more, and do lots of stretching. If you run hard while you're really sore, you risk pulling a muscle. In the meantime, switch to something else (swimming, biking) to cross-train.

  • swimming laps, especially underwater, helps build stamina very well, but i aslo skip because overdoing one exercise can hurt you because you are not working different muscles. :) (NT) -- :) :) :), Sat, September 05, 01:51:14pm
