May be it is time for this medium to stop going to this church... As I have already said: if the validity of the person is not respected, if his/her honour & his/her dignity is not respected neither, this person should leave. It is not good to try to hang and to stay too long time among the negatives, because this medium will have her soul INFLUENCED. Her priority must be HER PROTECTION.
Anywhere we will go (mediumship school, spiritualist churches, and groups), there will always be the immature ones dividing, disrupting, and wanting to rule the place. They are expert at their manipulative methods and at trying to impress with big shows, big smiles (professional smiles with long teeth…) and wolf sweet talking. They are there to show that they are "the most powerful". I call their behaviours "the alligator syndrome" because they are lurking behind people in order to grab them with their claws. It is better to stay at a good distance from them and to avoid staying in their company too long time. You have the undeveloped "alligators" and the undeveloped "wolves", ready to cast stones on anyone. And of course, always the same scenarios: any thing to justify their abuser wild needs to destroy... The alligators are those that are thinking they are "very spiritual"; their « reptilian brain » is still very active and very stormy.
The stones (the judgements) are their fruits... These stones talk a lot about the thick materialistic layers that still need to be purified in their personality.
Obviously the negatives have taken this church over. No tolerance, no charitableness, no respect of others, thus no peace and harmony. The church will collapse.
