I don’t think there are people who are moaning or winging here. They talk about their bad experiences at the « statement of facts level », and their testimonies are as respectable as for anyone else. Censorship only exists in Dictatorship regime or in closed systems. Freedom of expression and frankness have always been the rules of this forum where we have talked a lot about the definition of truthfulness and how to achieve it. Also, remember that for beginning the healing process, the people, who have been heavily and evilly hurt, must release the emotional pressure first; and that can only be achieved through verbalising and speaking frankly about what happened to them.
Don’t you realise that this forum has brought the union among all thinking people? Yes, by meeting people of different beliefs and different countries, by discussions. When this is done on this forum, we experience the feeling that all of us are in need of each other, that all of us (of whatever religion, country or race) need each other, for within each of us there is something that completes all the others.
The earth is like a great melting pot, in which all sorts are blended and until this union is done, there can only be wars and suffering. This blending will not be done by great speeches, by great movements; it will only be done by going and meeting the others, by understanding, by talking about common things, stressing the things which unite us, and lessening those that are bringing havoc upon us. It would be possible to do well if the difficulties which we put at the doors of what we call a different nation did not exist. It seems that though in our world many are speaking of brotherhood and understanding, there is all the time AT THE BACK OF EACH THE BELIEF THAT HE MUST GET THE BEST OF THE OTHERS. There is the lack of humility. There are the huge egos that are not kept under strict control. There is ignorance about the absolute need of increasing the self-control. There are the discriminations.
There are no chosen children of God. They are ALL chosen children of God, there are no special ones. It is not right in a family that the father or the mother should PREFER one to the other. "To Prefer" means to discriminate between someone’s own children, which is very ugly and very hurtful for the child who is rejected and who is the scapegoat; he is not an animal or an object without feelings and emotions.
Spirits do not ask us to change the world, but to stay away from the jealous ones… They ask us to guard ourselves against the ignorant and unevolved on our plane. They remind us about our responsibility, to be shared with them, of raising our circles (or churches, etc.) and our communications to an intelligent and evolved level.
While Spirits try to bring knowledge to people, it is to the people to provide the harmonious bridge to them, and it is then that people own spiritual more than their mental evolution counts. Spirits cannot contact unevolved minds working for purely material and selfish reasons.
About working with SNU, your choice makes sense for you, at this momentum of your consciousness evolution. For others, the same choice would not make sense at all. But the principle is the respect of the needs and desires of each one. If my husband and I, we have visited all kinds of churches in England (SNU churches, Christian Spiritualist churches, independent Spiritualist churches,…), and have made some ITC demonstrations in some — and we had our eyes and ears wide open — I imagine we can grant to others who have been members of some churches during many years the ability to talk about their experiences.
Some of these small churches were run by good and kind people trying to serve mankind with humility, sincerity and doing their best amongst great difficulties. I know their pains and the joys that they had. Some are my closed friends. But I know — for having met the most ugly and selfish female whose brain was very stormy and busy plotting all the time for screwing others and for getting rid of any eventual competitor through thousands of all kinds of deceptions, and who has created her own church for the wrong selfish reasons…and she must not be the only one to run a church for her/his own cult of personality and for having slaves and « dummies » bowing low at her/his majesty’s feet…— that some churches will never be peaceful and harmonious places were truthfulness and charitableness to each other will be practised and achieved. There is a great difference between « service for the others » and « service for the self »… It is motive that counts. So ugly, malicious and selfish this person was that a spirit guide called this person « a leech » as if she acted as a vampire: all only for herself; not the slightest generosity, only chronic jealousy, control of the others, manipulations and selfish calculations at the back of everybody; and this guide added that ALL the mediums have their « leeches »…
The trouble on our side of existence is that we have bodies and those bodies limit our understanding of thoughts. When we come to the world of spirits, we then become aware of each other’s thoughts, we can read each other’s thoughts without speaking. So we do not find deception by evolved spirits, though we find it in the lower spheres.
There are different stages of evolution and we are ALL meant to go through them. So, indeed, we are brothers — elder brothers and younger brothers — not teachers, and not masters, no! Free will has been given to each of the creatures that have been created by the Great Spirit. We ourselves decide on the form of existence which we shall lead. There would be no possibility for enlightenment and enlargement of the individual mind if there were no Freedom of expression and decision. If there were no free will, there would be no mistakes. This world has been created as part of the universe by a master mind, a mind which could see all the aspects of the problem, which created in every perfect detail living creatures into a living world. This earth was created, not for the purpose of remaining stagnant, but to gain evolution, to become greater than its first expression. All the difficulties always result in greater light, better understanding and fuller intelligence. And this could not be achieved without the expression of free will.
The cause was progress, the effect is progression. ALL finish at the same goal, and yet ALL ARRIVE BY A DIFFERENT WAY, all adding a new and different light, for through free will they all gather different expression.
