About the subject of committee, it is a question of INTELLIGENCE and of SELECTION of the right individuals with purity of intentions. “The right people at the right place"...
Selfish individuals will never promote other people than themselves. The Sun, the gain, and the success will only be for themselves. They don't care about the well being and the development of others. If they could get rid of everybody and send them to the Moon, they would do it! So that they would be the only one to enjoy the gain. They should never be chosen or employed for managing people.
People in charge of the selection should learn to identify the immature ones through their selfishness. Another diplomatic way to put it is to speak about their "INDIVIDUALISM".
1) Selfish individuals always say in the back of others : « Don’t tell them this »; « Don’t tell them that » : UNTRUTHFULNESS and CONTROL. They hide the information for their own exclusive benefit. If this information was vital for performing correctly your job, you are the one who will appear incompetent! And these selfish individuals don't care of the consequences on others!
2) They have another particularity: as their conscience is self-centred, very busy admiring their navel, they delude themselves and really they think they are SUPERIOR, more charismatic, more clever (because they have the ability to manipulate, to organise mischievous and malicious set up, to lie with nerve, to cheat... They are very proud of their muck and of their own stink.), more this, more that. They want to be DIFFERENT than the others anyway. They always use the same superlative key words that should help to raise one's RED FLAG: "I am VERY spiritual"; "I am THE MOST spiritual"; "I am THE MOST kind»; « I am THE MOST… ». It is not what they are, as they have the lowest mentality, but it is what they WANT people to believe. They are posers who like to parade and show that they are the most powerful.
3) With them, it is always "I", "Me", "Myself" and never "we". They have also a great need to control, so they will use their brain for finding a way for short-circuiting others, for taking their ideas without scruples, for disrupting, for destroying and for cancelling the projects involving others, and for appearing as the protector and the saviour. A wolf with long teeth pretending to protect the young lamb! They have very poor morality, despite what they pretend.
4) Don't talk to them about « humanitarian Principles », or « EQUALITY », they don't understand the words; and the rules and respect are only for the slaves anyway... Wherever they are, they think they are in a jungle and that competition, power and control is the objective.
5) If you are stupid enough to hire and to give power to these immature individuals, to let them be part of the committee for example, they will abuse of their power on smallers. It is like giving a gun to a child. It is like introducing the wolf in the place. Because they want to be different and superior, they think they are better than God, so they will humiliate, "shoot" and "chop the heads» of the members as they wish and when they wish, according to their mood... No need to talk about the great commotion, unhappiness and perpetual antagonisms these selfish individuals will create... Many people will want to kill them!!! They don't know the word CHARITABLENESS neither. They only know to destroy and to disrupt. With their deceptions they can create great disputes between friends.
We have been talking all along about SELFISHNESS, PRESTIGE, PARADE, PERSONAL GAIN, SELF-ENRICHMENT, SELF-AGRANDISSEMENT, SELF-EXPLOITATION,... They will use politics, strategies, manipulations and spying to achieve their hidden agendas.
I quote Spirit Albert Einstein:
"Mankind needs to learn to put principles above personal gain, INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY. Of course, this is a very starry-eyed statement, but until people start taking it seriously, none of the other possibilities will stand much of a chance of succeeding."
A church may run smoothly for many many years and then once a brainless selfish guy or woman with huge ego will come. He/she will have the great ability to IMPRESS people with a big mouth and professional nice SMILES and to flatter the egos:
“You need me, in order to enhance the value and prestige of the church. You will have more gain and many other advantages thanks to my experience and to my clever management. I am famous, you are not, so you need me for being recognised near the public”, he/she will say.
Those who look only on the glamour appearances and have vanity will be tempted and will fall in the trap. In a first step, this guy or woman will arrange himself or herself for getting rid of the good ones that may constitute an obstacle for their hidden agendas. This will be very easy as they are used to twist the truth, to manipulate and to divide. And then the wreck of all the group/association/or church at short term will ensue! And the guy or the woman will just continue to sleep tight without the slightest remorse for the wreck, the destruction, the cries and the pains of innocents that had their reputation and their robes blackened by the manipulator to justify himself/herself.
The ability to impress with a big mouth, very often, hides incompetence, poor morality, dishonesty and deep stupidity. These flatterers are used to make projects and “build castles in Spain” with the money of others… There are domains where, likewise in the enterprises, qualifications and common sense for selecting people are really needed. One need to have the eyes wide open even in the back of the head.
