- THE LAW OF LIFE :
« There is not such thing called « God », but there is the LAW OF LIFE. Many are laboring under a great mistake when they confounds God's laws with human laws; for human laws pre-suppose the existence of a law-maker, but it is not so with divine laws. There is a divinity that shapes our ends, Rough-hew them as we may. There is a power behind all life which shapes and fashions all things, all thoughts, all exhibitions of mind and matter, and whether we trust it or doubt it, it will move on its mighty course just the same.
« The law of life is the God of life; the power by which all life is expressed and perfected. It is a power permeating all mind and all matter, and forever and forever changing all according to his own divine life. It is the personification of the divine power; wherever you see it, under whatever conditions it manifests, it is God. The law operating in soils, in minerals, in the atmosphere, in the water, in the skies, everywhere is God. There is no power outside of this law that we can recognize as God. No great-intelligence fashioned with a human body. By no means; and, the sooner people cast off this mental and theological darkness, the sooner they will rise into clearer light.
« I know it is almost impossible for the human mind to conceive of law without conceiving of a law-maker; but I know, also, that the impossibility arises from our education here, and from nothing else. You go to work here, and you make laws for the various departments in life : there is the maker ; there is the law. It is not so with the law that governs in the universe. It is not so with the law that holds us and spirits in our proper places. It is not so with that power which determines concerning our well-being. It is a power, an all-pervading existence, that has all forms for its own, but claims no speciality of form whatever.
« Man is made in the image of God simply because he holds within his physical form all the elements that exist in the universe. There is nothing, no kind of life, that man in the physical does not hold within himself. He is a MICROCOSM of all beneath him, and stands as the crowning glory of creation. In this sense, and in this alone, may he be said to be created in the image of God. Because created in the image of all things beneath him, he represents all things, holds all things, embraces everything. In this sense is he in the image of God. Man has within his resources and energies. He is the Creator of the humankind.
« Humankind was created for the joy and glory of the Creator, who in truth is humankind. Man created the Creator. So what is important is to know that upon Earth you are the Creator that created you. You also know that with your power, which is infinite, all can be changed. You know in science that if you place a drop of one item it can change the properties of the whole. Realise that who you are creates the ability in you to change all things. And just as humankind creates habitual methods of living identity, it is necessary to attempt to remove the habitual nature and to replace them with the divine being that you are. This acceptance of the divinity within you is a beginning. Do not blame yourself when you have erred, but make a position to not repeat it. Always function from the centre of your being, in integrity. What is important is to attain a state of being in which you cannot view yourself with dislike. Also it is important that honesty is functional. You see, there is confusion in humankind, and we have hesitated to speak of honesty, for they then will utilize it in error. It is important to understand that in honesty there must also be wisdom. Therefore, in one form of honesty, you must never take what is another's -you all know this.
Humankind makes an error by EMBARRASSING OTHERS AND THEN SAYING "I AM HONEST, THEY ARE NOT". That is not what we mean, do you understand? Find a method of communication and behaviour that is consistent with your integrity, and with wisdom. As you now understand your divinity, you must also understand you contain the elements of wisdom. Knowledge is gained from educational methods, but wisdom is innate. Therefore the development of your wisdom is also important. »
- SIMILITUDE BETWEEN MICROCOSM AND MACROCOSM :
« Each of you contains the essence of a star. Each being exists upon Planet Earth, and each is a total individuality, containing the energy of a living star. It is the light of your soul. You are light, therefore you are a star. Each of you is representing a different star. The civilizations are physical planets. There are stars and planets, and stars that can be created in eventuality into planets. As you have a civilization of millions, they also have a star. Each one is represented. »
