The rule for every creatures of the universe (in the physical planes, and in the ethereal planes) is FREE WILL. FREE WILL OF OBEDIENCE TO THE DIVINE LAWS, OR FREE WILL OF DESOBEDIENCE TO THEM. Every one has the free choice.
When the conscience is evolved, it is not a problem to obey to the Divine Laws; it becomes automatic because the conscience is aware of its responsibilities. An evolved conscience is also aware of the importance of education. The higher the degree of consciousness is, the more important the intellectuality is.
In the case of a life shorten by a murder, as the life is never ending, it is not really a problem. Spirit Red Cloud told me: Finding the criminal is not the concern of the spirits. The Universal Law will find him. Spirits are more concern by the family who are left and who are crying in despair, and Spirits try to help them with open mind and open heart.
The good spirits are not always able to intervene. They may encounter the opposition of the « Adversaries » in the low astral. When people are in the negativity and madness of the war fields, the good spirits have a job to approach. They can only observe from far, and be disgusted by the cruelties. The negative minds create an iron wall that the good spirits have a job to cross. The cries of the mothers and their unconditional love when they pray for their children are able to cross the iron wall and to reach the spirits of higher degrees of consciousness, then these ones will try anything they can to help; they don’t always succeed.
As I wrote recently to Thalia, on this planet, there are the two energies:
1) The energy of domination, of control, of dictatorship (and all the intimidating and repressive methods of these low level mentality egotistic monsters whose consciences are in the dark).
2) The energy of submission of the slaves, of the whipping boys, the fatality, the inertia, the fear to oppose the orders, the fear to make one’s revolution, the fear to escape from the hands of the repressive organisations or repressive individuals, the fear to go elsewhere, out of reach of the dictators.
Revolution is never « legal » according to the governments which want to keep in captivity the people, so that they will have their modern slaves working for them, being heavily racketed without protesting, so that the egotistic politics and generals will be able to keep their very expensive prestige and continue to parade! Thieves and Crimes are "legal" only for the governments, tax offices, Polices, Armies, Religions. The more the egos are huge, the more the mentalities are very low…
Humility goes with higher level of mentality, and firmness and strength of character must be develop by the humbles in order to strongly oppose any attempt of abuses.
According to the spirit of higher degrees, revolution is the best thing that can happen to the humanity, at the condition that no blood is shed, at the condition that there is no cruelty. A peaceful revolution. The ability to say 10 times per day: « No, you will not control me any more ». All the work provided by the spirits to enlighten the consciences is in order to obtain reactions from the people to the various abuses of power and crimes. Every mother should be able to say with great firmness:
« Sorry, General, my son is not your property! I have made many sacrifices to raise my son, to make him a man of honour who will not hurt his neighbour, and you will not take my son to commit your crimes by proxy! Go kill yourself, with your own hands, the men , the women and children you want to kill, if you think these crimes can develop your ego! ».
About others’ Freedom or education, the individuals with huge ego find it “not very spiritual” or “not very necessary”, because they would like to have as many brown nosers and shoe polishers as they can, flattering their ego and serving them without limit as always passive and consentant brainless slaves!
Some extraterrestrial civilisations who kept themselves observing us, have said that they may land when we will have conquered our Freedom and our Independence from these governments, from these repressive polices and armies, from the repressive religious or other negative individuals who control and dictate our lives.
About God, even the spirits of higher degrees have never seen Him. They can only feel His influence. A French spirit scientist who talked to us, told us many years ago, that the existence of the Matrix (the melting pot which is the creative Source of all the energies) will be proved by our electronic equipment, when our spatial probes will have reached Pluto. But they said that our eyes will never be able to see It.
There are strange creatures in the invisible world. I think for example about a creature that materialised himself near my bed in the middle of the night in 1997, in the shape of one eye! The eye, watching at me at 50 cm from my face, was totally luminous, with its luminous lashes moving gently. The eyelashes strangely gave a shape of triangle to the eye, because on the topside the eye the lashes, especially in the middle of the eye, were longer. The lashes on the bottom were shorter. Don’t ask me who he was, I don’t know! Because I trust the spirit guides, I just made a smile to him, who ever he was.
Yes, there are mediums in the other dimensions. There are psychologists too. The job of medium is the most needed in the various planes, because it enables to convey the messages of the scientists who are not mediums. Before to become wise guides, the spirits are following some training.
Even when we return back to the spirit world, after a sojourn in a kind of harmonious rehabilitation hospital where there are coloured lights, beauty, music, calm, psychological help, etc, we are taught how to concentrate, so that we will be able to use our psychic abilities, and we are also taught how to astral travel in the space and between the dimensions. We are given all the recommendation for our safety, so that we will not be in trouble in one of the astral trips. Our first astral trips are always made with the company of someone else. We also have to sojourn in a place called “the Valley of Contemplation”, where we have to contemplate on a screen the images of our negative deeds and crimes, and the consequences on our surrounding. When we have remorse, we are ready to shift our consciousness and to climb one step toward the light. A psychologist may help us to analyse properly the situations and to anchor definitively the new changes of mentality.
We are given another firstname as soon as we arrive in the spirit world, because the psychologists want us to detach from earth concerns (not to think too much about the family we left behind us, etc…). But this new firstname is never very far from your previous one. For example Mark may become Arkym or Kramer, David may become Deva, etc…
