- Yes Michelle is still holding her prelims. Yes Charleston is the first prelim for USA 2011...any rumors as to what girls are returning to compete?? (NT) -- ., Mon, Dec 07 2009, 19:00:41

- Prelims -- :), Mon, Dec 07 2009, 19:36:35
- Witt won't be, she's not doing USA this year. C Smith is not doing it either. H Smith might be. Sears might be. Not sure about Cunningham or Garrick though. (NT) -- I could see Garrick waiting for Michelle's double crown., Mon, Dec 07 2009, 19:54:13
- How about any of the miss from this year: (NT) -- Anyone heard, Mon, Dec 07 2009, 19:56:33
- Bishop, Roberson, J Price, Vaughn, Eaves, and Collard. (NT) -- Pretty sure that B Price and Groome are done., Mon, Dec 07 2009, 21:19:33
- How can Bobbi compete. Isn't she already a Charleston prelim winner? If not able to compete in Chas. hope to see Bobbi at one of Rabun's pageant's. (NT) -- Just curious, Mon, Dec 07 2009, 21:24:09
- Heard both Price and Groome have other things going on for them (NT) -- good luck to both of them, think both are gorgeous, Mon, Dec 07 2009, 21:26:24
- I had heard that Eaves may be doing MAO again. (NT) -- GL, Mon, Dec 07 2009, 22:20:41
- All of those girls are doing the Charleston prelim? (NT) -- ?, Mon, Dec 07 2009, 22:31:07
- Has Witt aged out of teen? (NT) -- ?, Mon, Dec 07 2009, 22:08:59
- Wow, so if none of these girls are coming back we are going t have some LOW numbers next year! Heck, they were extremely low this year! Cant imagine next... (NT) -- ., Tue, Dec 08 2009, 10:00:03
- Just because these few say they aren't coming back doesn't necessarily mean that numbers will be low. This is only a hand full. Hopefully there will be some new girls competing next year. (NT) -- I'm sure it will be just as competitive., Tue, Dec 08 2009, 14:42:18
- Bet it won't. Numbers are low because of the economy and now its the reputation that seems to be building at RPM. People don't want to waste their money or time on somthing they feel is tainted. (NT) -- Make it right and they will come back, Tue, Dec 08 2009, 15:01:27
- Personally I don't think it is tainted at all. I think it is mothers of contestants and contestants that didn't place where they thought they should have and want to blame it on the system. RPM runs a fair and professional pageant. The winners this year won their titles fair and square. The contestant I was pulling for didn't win either but it just meant that it wasn't her night. It had nothing to do with being tainted or who the coach was. People need to get over that and accept the fact that their girl was not the winner or didn't make top 15 or top 10 or even top 5. Different judges and different results. Stop blaming RPM because a certain girl or groups of girls didn't win. I have seen and dealt several different systems and feel like RPM is top notch. (NT) -- Just my opinion., Tue, Dec 08 2009, 15:29:31
- I wasn't in the pageant and I don't have a child in the pageant, but I will tell you that out of the top 5 the Teen winner should have been Margaret Ann and the Miss winner should have been Brittany Price. The teen had one of the worst bodies in the top 15(pretty gown though) and Rachel did nothing wrong, but I don't see her as Miss USA. (NT) -- Sorry, but I feel that something might have been up, either that or there was a major split vote in both divisions., Tue, Dec 08 2009, 16:32:42
- I believe I said...that THEY FEEL is tainted! (NT) -- didn't say it was tainted!, Tue, Dec 08 2009, 18:57:38
- I would love to see Grace Spears try again. Her comeback was undeniable, so please don't give up Grace. Your determination has been an inspiration to me. (NT) -- A teen who is a GS fan, Wed, Dec 09 2009, 15:26:52

FYI -- read it, Thu, Dec 03 2009, 21:45:27
First, as a general rule, opinions are NEVER defamatory. “Coke is better than Pepsi” is an opinion, not a fact. “My teacher is an idiot” is an opinion, not a fact. “The LA Panthers SUCK” is, well, that one is close to a fact, but you get the point.
Due to our First Amendment, everyone has the right to express their opinions without fear of being sued. As a result, opinions cannot form the basis of a defamation claim no matter how harsh they are. Now, like anything else in the law, there are some gray areas, but just be aware that as a general rule, a statement cannot be defamatory unless it contains a false statement of FACT (not opinion). Even then, if someone makes a statement which appears to be a fact but which is clearly intended to be a joke or an exaggeration, then courts will generally treat those statements as opinions. The most famous example of this was an advertisement placed in Hustler Magazine which said that the Rev. Jerry Falwell had sex with his mother in an outhouse. The story included statements which looked like facts, but overall it was obviously a joke. The case went all the way to the United States Supreme Court which found that Hustler was not liable for defamation since the ad was a joke, not a statement of actual fact.
Second, not every false statement of fact is defamatory. Why not? Because in order to be defamatory, a statement must be factual (not an opinion) and it must be of such a nature that it harms the reputation of the person involved. So, if you said: “Dana Rosenguard is a girl,” that statement is false, but is it defamatory? NO, because that’s not the kind of statement that would hurt someone’s reputation. Likewise, if you said, “Dana Rosenguard has won 4 Super Bowl rings,” that statement is not true (he only has 3 rings), but it would not qualify as defamatory because it does not hurt his reputation.
Third, and this one is important, even if someone posts a comment which is false and defamatory, you generally cannot sue Voy.com for publishing it. Why? Because of a special law called the Communications Decency Act, 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(1).
What this law says is that if you are the operator of an “interactive website” (meaning a site that allows users to post comments), you cannot be held liable for anything that is posted on the site by users, including stories written by users and emailed to the site. If the MOD writes something himself and posts it, he is responsible for the accuracy of his words. However, as to everything else posted by users, MOD is not liable for what they say.

- The NC Teen came out of nowhere? She was the Miss Charlotte Teen prelim winner from the state of NC. We clearly saw her in 15 & we knew she would bring unique strengths to the state competition which happened took her all the way to the state crown. Mya was Lauren's first runner up at the prelim & Melia competed in our NC Perfect State pageant so we knew both of these fabulous girls were very strong contenders. Courtney attended our preliminary as a guest titleholder & I am here to tell you, she stops the room with her beauty. She is a future Miss NC USA. Miss Cook was on top of her game-her SS was spot on and she just screamed Teen. We had her picked on Friday night. Savy Pageants wants to congratulate ALL the contestants and their families who have the confidence to go for crown. If that was the case they would have taken them out too. Get over yourself and accept the fact that "his girls" didn't come out on top that night. There can only be one winner in each group and the judges picked who they wanted to win. Didn't have anything to do with who coached them. - Get real. RPM has an agenda and it is for Chelsea's girls to win. CC and RPM go hand in hand and it is a package deal. To the girls that paid Chelsea $500 for one visit. What did you get for your $500? That is totally ridiculous. (NT) -- jmo, Tue, Nov 24 2009, 13:21:46
- ONE VISIT???? $ 500 for ONE VISIT?? This cannot be true! (NT) -- No way, you must be joking, Tue, Nov 24 2009, 13:24:15
- Please stop and think about who won and who placed. The Miss winner didn't even have a coach. Two of the t-5 winners didn't have a coach, two of them went to CC and one went to Cy. In Teen, two went CC, one went to Cy and not sure about the other two. It is also my understanding the CC's $500 fee is a "package" deal. You receive about 4 sessions, telephone calls and email correspondence. You can do what ever you want in those sessions. If you want to focus on interview then that is what you do. If it is walking, same thing... etc. She will work on what you want to work on. (NT) -- RPM has no hidden agenda., Tue, Nov 24 2009, 13:37:50

- Correction: RPM WAS wonderful! Look back. The year Lauren Taylor won, there were over 100 contestants in the teen division alone. 50 or so in miss. Fast forward a few years and throw Chelsea into the mix, and you have very few contestants and unhappy girls who don't feel like they were given a fair shot at the crown. Cy coached HALF of the delegates, and to only have 1 in each of the top 5s? Can you name a girl who went to CC who didn't make the top 15? And I'm sorry, but it was pretty obvious to me which girls went to G&C and Dazzles because they were taken out early in the competition. Leah Hickman should have made the top 5 easily, especially over Taylor Roberson. Reid McLeod should have made at least the top 10. In teen, don't even get me started on Ashley Witt. Rachel Law will be a great state queen, but part of the reason she won is because she didn't go to CC/Foxy Lady OR G&C/Dazzles. RPM wanted to steer away from the controversy and "prove" that the pageant wasn't rigged. (NT) -- BS. No more of my $ will go to this pageant., Tue, Nov 24 2009, 13:48:37

I have watched Lindsay Garrick compete for a couple of years and to be honest have never "gotten" her. Well, that changed this weekend. She was absolutely gorgeous and really shined on that stage. I had her in my top 5. You could really tell that she worked hard since the prelim. I really hope to see her back next year.

My prelim review -- in the crowd, Sat, Nov 21 2009, 10:33:13
The opening number was fantastic! Everybody looked amazing! The belly dancers were awesome, Mary Helen and Stephanie still shine!
After opening number they introduced the judges who were all male. That is going to have a huge effect on the results!
The Louisiana Teen and Miss were interview.Love the teen! I could see her making top 5 at Miss Teen USA. The miss was alright.
Then on to swimsuit. Courtney Ballenger was tall and had a good body, but something was missing. Maybe that spark she had a Queen of Folly Beach. Sarah Black made a huge transformation! Looked amazing and gorgeous! Good job Sarah! Hillary looked great, but I felt she was lacking her spark. With that said, she will still make top 5. She's gorgeous! Margaret Ann looked good, but again was lacking her spark from last year. She will still make top 15 though because of her gorgeous face! Ashley Cody has made a huge improvement since last year, but still wasn't a big stand-out. Though she could sneak into the top 15. Amber Cohen looked amazing in swimsuit and really shines on stage(first big stand-out). Kelsey Cunningham was cute and looked good. Lindsay Garrick was on that night and looked great! Arabia Gilliam was a surprise, she looked awesome and was one of the clear stand-outs in swimsuit! Makenzie Hudson worked it and has a great body. Kristin Kennedy has an awesome body, a pretty face, and has the moves. All she needs is a slight boost in confidence and she has top 5 written all over her. Laurie Kimsey is cute and could squeak in the top 15. Katie Patterson rocked swimsuit! She was one of the best! Raimey Pike lacked spark and Megan Pinckney's body has improved, but still needs a lot of work! Emilie Sears was cute, but I don't think she is quite mature enough. Chelsea Smith looked good, but wasn't a stand out. Hannah Smith did pretty good in swimsuit. Melissa Turbeville did awesome in swimsuit! Ashley Witt had on a fabulous swimsuit and will probably win swimsuit!
Now Swimsuit for Miss.
Bobbi Bishop looked hot and in my opinion wins swimsuit. Caite Callaway has an amazing body! Looks great on stage. Brittany Capps has a great body too, but wasn't a big stand out. Shellie Chapman looks like she gained weight, but is still gorgeous none the less. Kimberly Childers is pretty, but wasn't crazy about her presentation. Dannon Collard is so pretty with a great body! Top 10 potintial in swimsuuit! Brooke Eaves's body is looking a lot better and she worked that stage! Stella Groome had an amazing body, but didn't give off the spark(still top 10 though). Leah Hickman looked fantastic! Brittany Jasenski has a great body, but that is all I remember of her. Rachel Law was flawless and could win the whole thing! Sara McCall looked amazing too! Reid McLeod has her body back and was fabulous! Olivia Olvera lives up to her hype. Looked fantastic! Brittany Price is nice and tall with a great body! Jenny Price looked short, but I assume she will still be in the top 15. Taylor Roberson had an awesome body too! Lissie Smith's body made a huge improvement since I last saw her and I see her in the top 15. Grace Spears is back! Looked fabulous! Megan Stoffel is pretty, but didn't stand out and Stephanie Vaughn has got a great body, but is more MAO.
Then Mary Helen was interviewed and she came off very likeable. She was a great queen! On a side note, I saw Amy Caver and she was fabulous! Hope she competes again next year!
Then on to Teen evening gown.
Courtney Ballenger had an amazing gown for her! If anything that will put her in the top 15! Sarah Black was pretty, but seemed nervous. Hillary Bradshaw looked great as always, but wasn't crazy about her gown choice. Great color though! Margaret Ann Carter looked ok, but I did not like her gown. I know she wore it to make her look young, but it didn't work for her. I hope she comes back as a miss. She would dominate! Ashley Cody had a very pretty gown and did good. Amber Cohen wore that yellow gown that she won her prelims in. I do not like that gown, but it looked decent on stage. Kelsey Cunningham looked nice. Lindsay Garrick wowed me in gown, but looked like a Miss contestant for some reason. Arabia Gilliam was flawless in gown. Loved the color! Makenzie Hudson worked that gown and did great! I wasn't sure why Kristin Kennedy put her hand on that pyarmid thing, but the rest of her gown preformance was flawless. Gorgeous gown! Laurie Kimsey looked cute in gown. Katie Patterson was amazing! Could see her winning it! Raimey Pike was pretty, but blended in to me. Megan Pinckney had an amazing gown! That could defintiley get her into the top 15! She was stunning! Emilie was cute in gown, but not stunning. She will be in the next couple years though. Chelsea Smith's gown was a nice color, but made her look like she had a slight stomach which she doesn't. Hannah Smith always rocks gown and last night was no exception! Melissa Turbeville looked great, but I didn't like that weird design on her gown. Ashley Witt was flawless again! She should just go to Miss Universe and win it!
Then Stephanie was interviewed and she just shined. No wonder she won Miss SC USA. She's funny and gorgeous!
Bobbi Bishop looked stunning in her gown. She looked ready for Miss USA. Catie Callaway lost it for me in gown, but still did good. Brittany Capps looked pretty good in gown, but didn't "sparkle". Shellie's gown made her look like she had a big butt, but she probably wore it to make her look older. Not my choice for her, but still looked pretty. Kimberly Childers did amazing in gown! Dannon Collard had a very nice color on! Brooke Eaves looked awesome in gown. I loved her gown the most! Stella wanted to show off her body and look older in gown. Not sure I liked the gown, but her body was hot hot HOT! Leah Hickman looked smashing and Brittany Jasenski was cute. Rachel Law was flawless again. She has made a very nice transistion to miss! I love Sara McCall's gown. The yellow looked great on her. Reid McLeod looked awesome too! Olivia Olvera looked gorgeous. I loved Brittany Price's gown! She looked very tall and regal in it! Jenny Price was pretty, but not a stand out and she looked short next to Brittany Price. Taylor Roberson looked very pretty in her gown! Lissie Smith looked angelic and could go very far! Grace looked good in gown, but I wasn't crazy about the color she chose. Still top 5 material though! I don't like the gown that Megan Stoffel wore, but still very pretty! Stephanie Vaughn looked like a future Miss America!
Then the NC queens were interviewed. I liked the Miss. She was well spoken and gorgeous. The teen was cute, but didn't impress me as much as Louisiana's teen.
I know this is long, but I hope it helps the people that weren't there!

Just a note to ALL the girls AND families and friends... You all did a great job on Saturday, I enjoyed the show very much. In the future, I hope that fans of certain girls dont go overboard with the yelling and cheering, Not normal cheering but over the top "I love you" "Blah blah blah. I can appreciate being excited, but my experience was ruined by the incessant yelling of the people in the row directly behind me for "Their" girl... even ruining her spotlight moment. I will not name the girls name, but hope that she sees this, and tells them to try to act a bit more classy next year. -- fan, Mon, Nov 23 2009, 14:40:43

Friday night....thoughts -- pageant mom, Sat, Nov 21 2009, 8:50:45
Price and Bishop imo looked great. I was surprised that so many miss looked hmmm not womanly. I mean body wise young teen but with implants. Gowns in the miss theme crystals, beads, chiffon. Several dresses were covered in crystals with get this, a feather looking boa on the hem. Bishop was the first to show hers so when the others arrived it just looked like another feather duster. Margret Ann wore a white dress which made her look younger but this girls just screams Miss contestant. Cy and his crew were in the front row clapping their girls on. Stella had that tattoo covered but surprised she she didn't show that well in swimsuit. She needs to pump up the energy. Stephanie who I am a fan of looked well a little heavier, not saying thats bad but I thought her hair was a mess. Other queens LA queen on stage..awful. LA teen...good Miss NC chooses her words carefully but needed to stand with feet together. NC Teen...best of the night. Good show for her first time on stage had to remind myself to look at the Miss. SC teen queen...honestly she seemes like she has checked out. I kept thinking I see why you didn't go farther at Teen USA. The girls have to pay extra at the hotel for internet so that may be why updates are not forthcoming. The pageant theme is interesting and entertaining. I was surprised to see all male judges. Several banners are hanging in the hotel. Disappointed in the size of the audience. Interviews start really early. Good Luck girls.

- Thanks for the insight. I was wondering how the rest of the show was..i.e. visiting queens, etc... the usual suspects are being promoted but I was wondering about the teens like tubberville(sp?) and c. smith. How did these girls look? (NT) -- wondering, Sat, Nov 21 2009, 9:17:02
- Thought Bishop looked older than most girls and agree about the dresses. Thought Stella held back a little, but looked good... Thought Stephanie looked great in SS and not quite as thin as in the past, but she looks more womanly and I loved the curly look on her. my favs of the night were, Bishop, Vaughn, Law, McLeod and B. Price (NT) -- my thoughts, Sat, Nov 21 2009, 9:19:12
- I thought B. Price, Hickman, Groome, Eaves, and possibly Capps, or Law. I liked the fact that some of the girls looked like women in SS and not like sticks with balloons on the top. (NT) -- jmo, Sat, Nov 21 2009, 9:43:36
- Vaughn looks more curvy than in the past because she got implants. (NT) -- in the know, Mon, Nov 23 2009, 14:17:57
- If true, it certainly worked, she looked awesome!!! I would say that was money well spent, a lot of girls have gotten enhancements these days... not out of the norm anymore. (NT) -- Pam, Mon, Nov 23 2009, 14:38:23
- It is a shame that girls think the only way to win is to buy their body. I like the natural girls personally. You can always tell who has a boob job. (NT) -- observer, Mon, Nov 23 2009, 16:46:15
- A lot of the girls do have implants, myself included, but it's insulting to think that we got them simply for the pageant. Actually, I take it back. It's not insulting. It's stupid and ignorant and rude. Personally, I felt like I looked odd in bathing suits and certain clothes and always wanted larger breasts, I finally got them and couldn't be happier with them. I feel like I look more proportional. In no way shape or form did I decide to undergo potentially life-threatening surgery (because it is SURGERY after all) for a pageant. (NT) -- Stop hating on the beautiful girls who put themselves out there for this pageant. Not all of us were blessed with big boobs. Your "natural" girls, do they wear makeup, false eyelashes, spray tans, and high heels?, Mon, Nov 23 2009, 16:58:40
- I also am not a huge fan of implants. I think the problem is on most girls, it is obvious and so many of them don't turn out well. I think it is a personal choice like anything else but just for myself, I am not a fan of the look. (NT) -- jmo, Mon, Nov 23 2009, 17:05:06
- You people kill me, Have you ever thought people do things for other reasons than a freaking pageant!! There is life without pageants people, no one gives a flip! People have cosmetic surgery all the time, noses, boobs, ears, tummy, tattoo removal. The day you decide not to wear make up, have your nails done, color your hair or have your teeth bleached to look better, is the day you can worry about of the other girls choosing a little enhancement. (NT) -- Get off it, Mon, Nov 23 2009, 17:08:47
- Fabulous show...all the miss and teen really went all out on their opening #. Of course, the MC was great. All male judges. Visiting queens were beautiful and excited. NC teen is adorable - she looks like a teen & acted like one. TEEN: MAC wore white dress - didn't do much on stage, Bradshaw is short and wore dress that made her look shorter, Cohen has funky facials, Hudson had great wardrobe but not facially pretty, eyes looked closed on stage when she smiles, McDonald had great wardrobe & cute figure, Witt had great wardrobe also but looks so much older. (NT) -- Fan, Sat, Nov 21 2009, 9:53:56
- Visiting Queens gave fabulous interviews! (NT) -- As did SC Teen MHC.. She spoke very ELOQUENTLY and has a soft spoken demeanor. Stephanie Smith interview was funny and light hearted! Loved them both!!!, Sat, Nov 21 2009, 13:49:53
- Garrick Pickney Witt Patterson Bradshaw Cunningham Cohen Turbeville Hudson Pike for top 10 teen! (NT) -- pageant fan, Sat, Nov 21 2009, 15:28:41

Ok....there is just way to much talk about who was coached by whom -- so....., Fri, Nov 20 2009, 13:27:49
I don't think it should matter whatsoever. It should be the young lady or woman that has the best potential of making a Miss USA or Miss Teen USA on that evening. However, really the only way to put this discussion to rest is look at past history....
In the last 4 years, how many state titleholders have been "coached" at some point by each G&C or CC? If in fact there have been winners that have been coached by G&C then there is no conspiracy because it CAN be done. However, if in the last four years every winner that has been crowned has seen CC even just one time (because that is all it takes, apparently) then I think we have our answer. It would be hard to believe that out of 4 winners each year for the past 4 years not one G&C girl has won.
So...
SC:
09 S Smith/MH Carver-
08 J Hill/B Pjetraj-
07 A Zais/C Upton-
06 L Lybrand/B Smith-
NC:
09 K Dalton/S Howell-
08 A Duke/ J Dalton-
07 E OKelley/K Coble-
06 S Holvey/M Lingafelt-

- On Adams contestant - the reason she and others with an A or B in their name enter late is so that they don't get a 1-5 contestant number. Enter late, and you get last contestant number, and thus, last contestant on stage in each event and more importantly you are NOT the first girl going in for interview. (NT) -- Pretty Smart if you are an A or B last name., Sun, Nov 22 2009, 9:26:57
- Still worked pretty well ffor Ballenger, Bradshaw and Carter (NT) -- I think its just a matter of making a little more money, Sun, Nov 22 2009, 9:40:40
- Did anyone see B. Price ROLL HER EYES when they called her for runner-up? -- She was crying on stage.I guess she thought she had the crown., Sun, Nov 22 2009, 11:15:39
- She was stunning and worked very hard for that crown. Of course she was a little upset. (NT) -- I bet she could be Miss USA one day though, Sun, Nov 22 2009, 11:27:31
- Really? I wasn't there but I can't imagine her doing something like that. (NT) -- I've always thought more of her., Sun, Nov 22 2009, 12:01:17
- Look, Brittany DID NOT "roll her eyes" when called for runner up, she DID however, look highly disapointed and her smile dropped, but can you blame her?? She has been a runner up for three times now, and clearly she has been in it to win it every year, I cant even imagine how heartbreaking it must be. I know someone will try to come back after I post this with some smart comment about "how she acted" but honestly, if I were in her shoes, I would be disapointed too, just keep your comments to yourself and stop trying to make her look bad. I am a huge fan of hers, and I wanted to come to her defense because I was sitting very close to the stage and saw the entire reaction. Please stop trying to make it look like more than what it was. (NT) -- I am not a relative or friend, just a fan., Mon, Nov 23 2009, 9:45:48
- The reason classy has lost its place in Miss SC is probably on the coaches of the contestants and parents! (NT) -- Probably So, Mon, Nov 23 2009, 0:28:33

Top 5 in teen really left me scratching my head. Two girls i expected to make it. two others were left standing in top ten and one was left in top fifteen. -- Two great girls [Witt and Patterson] were left out. - Agree. What an insult!!!!!! Who cares who ages out. Eligible by age or not, will NEVER come back to this pageant again. (NT) -- Spongebob? How insulting!!!!!!, Sun, Nov 22 2009, 9:37:56
- Visiting with the auditor(s) and/or judges before the winners are announced is a BIG NO-NO!!!! She has to know better. Regardless of the reason or how innocent it may have been, it raises too many questions and creates too much suspicion. (NT) -- Let's just hope it was an innocent mistake that she will learn from and not repeat. After all, why would it matter to her who won?, Sun, Nov 22 2009, 14:12:04
- I have always felt that there should be an accreditation process for pageant directors. There should be a code of ethics, policies, procedures, and a concrete set of rules and a list of do's and don'ts. A director should have to agree to this to be accredited and if it is determined that they have any violations they should lose their accreditation. (NT) -- Then none of us enter a pageant unless the director is accredited., Sun, Nov 22 2009, 14:28:35
- Give Paula a break. Maybe the auditor had a question about something that only Paula could answer. Or maybe she was just checking to see if they needed something. Don't make accusations!!! (NT) -- It sounds like there may be a sore loser who wants to accuse someone of cheating., Sun, Nov 22 2009, 18:02:25
- Did the contestant have anything about Spongebob on her bio? Or anything about cartoons, etc? The judge in question has judged before, BTW (NT) -- Don't see anything wrong with choice of judges, Sun, Nov 22 2009, 19:26:52

- LOL Ok so now I've got to know who and how did she answer? What were the other questions? (NT) -- You've got to be kidding, Sun, Nov 22 2009, 10:51:20
- Maybe the judge wanted to see what kind of unrehearsed answer she would give! (NT) -- Sometimes its more about attitude, personality and behavior than answer!, Sun, Nov 22 2009, 11:55:35
- It is just last year all over again except worse. Can the judges or this pageant get much worse. I do not think so. (NT) -- jmo, Sun, Nov 22 2009, 12:46:54
- I agree. I've been in several real life interviews lately (sitting on search committees, not being interviewed), and I've heard several high ranking administrators ask candidates questions like - If you were a breakfast cereal, which one would you be? Why is there fuzz on a tennis ball? If you were a fruit, what would you be? I've asked why they ask these questions and they've told me that it's about seeing the reaction when something is unexpected or to see if they attempt to answer something as fact when they don't really know the answer. (NT) -- It's about personality, Sun, Nov 22 2009, 19:32:57

- Honestly, to me Stella blew it in swimsuit last night. Instead of taking strides when she walks, she walks like she has to urinate or has something stuck up her ??? I don't know how to write that any better or less descriptive. Her bod was slammin', her clothes were nice, although I am not found of cutouts on evening gown. She looked good overall and mature. She should come back and learn to extend her nice legs when walking in swimsuit. (NT) -- JMHO, Sun, Nov 22 2009, 5:56:16
