Completely false, just watched the replay of the last series. Also, Paulson tackles Clark after Clark touches a knee and gets back up moving away. I think it's safe to say Paulson didnt even see him touch the knee.

However, please check it out yourself and tell me what your fullback #47 is doing. Does it look to you like he's trying to take kids knees out on the final three plays as they kill the clock?
