Preliminary Information for 2014 - 2015
Age Divisions:
Girl - 0-23 months, 2-3 years, 4-6 years, 7-9 years, 10-12 years, 13-15 years
16-18 years and 19+ years (married/ single and with/ without children)
Boys - 0-2 years and 3-5 years
Competition Events
Beauty ( King/Queen)* Mandatory - $50
Natural Photogenic ( Optional): $10
Glitz Photogenic (Optional): $10
(Top Model) Beach Wear ( Optional) - $25
Side Awards (Hair/Eyes/Smile): $15

Competition Information
Beauty: This is a mandatory event. Each contestant will model a Sunday best, pageant or prom dress/ gown of their choice. Stones and decorations are accepted. Girls ages 13 years and up must have long gown. At our preliminary pageants, we ask that the contestant not wear any flippers. We require for makeup to be age appropriate. We do allow light base tans. NOTE: broken rules means points deducted from scores per judge! There will only be a center X in front of the judges. This is where all the modeling will take place. We will award 1 winner and alternates in each age division.
Beach Theme-wear: Each contestant will go onstage modeling their theme-wear. The judges are looking for ANY outfit that can be associated with the beach, swimming, ocean, ocean life, cultural attire, mythological creations, goddess' etc... If you have ANY questions at all please contact the director, Please do not take second hand information. FULL Glitz is allowed but not mandatory! Points will not be deducted if you choose to model naturally (runway modeling). Judging is based on creativity of attire and personality of the contestant. Modeling experience is a plus no matter what style of modeling. IF THERE IS ANY QUESTION AS TO THE JUDGES JUDGING CLASSIFICATIONS PLEASE CONTACT THE DIRECTOR!
Natural Photogenic: Each contestant will submit an 8*10 or 8.5*11 head shot. Photo must be a natural head shot. Very light retouching only... just to take away slight blemishes. NOTE: if rule is broken, points will be deducted from each judge. We will award a winner in each age division.
Glitz Photogenic: Each contestant will submit an 8*10 or 8.5*11 head shot. Photo is allowed to have heavy Photoshop retouching. Heavy makeup, eye perfection, teeth whitening & straightened etc... is permitted. We will award a winner in each age division.
Side Awards: These categories will be judged during each age division line-up. Contestants will be judged on hair, eyes and smile features. We will award a winner for each event in each age division.

IMPERIAL COMMUNITY SUPPORT QUEENS COURT
We here are Imperial Crown Miss USA encourage the use of community support!!! To continue to promote each contestant to gain support form their family, friends, church and community we have decided to award a QUEENS COURT for just community support. This Queens Court will have no bearing on the actual pageant itself. It is a way for each contestant to get assistance with their competition fees and at the same time earn awards. If you choose to sponsor for your entry fees, please contact the National office and let Miss Kelley know, that way she can be sure that the proper awards are at the pageant ready to be given to their rightful owner!

Each Good Luck Wish is $1. Your sponsor can give you $1, $5, $10, $100 so on. Each $1 wish is worth face value.

NOTE::: In order for the referral to count towards the Referral Queens Court Awards, the person that the contestant referred to the pageant has to enter the Supreme Package ( everything) by the deadline at MIDNIGHT EST . The referred contestant MUST have your name at the bottom of the entry form. EXAMPLE:: At the bottom of the entry form... it must say "Referred By: ______________________"

release Imperial Crown Miss USA, Kelley Keenan, staff and event location from all
liability from any injury, loss or illness that may occur at, or to/from
the pageant. No refunds or transfer of fees paid. I , the contestants parent/legal guardian, have provided all true
and correct information. Should age or level status be found untrue, I will
be responsible for returning all awards and /or paying court fees should
legal action be necessary. I give my permission for any photos or videos of
my child to be used in future promotional advertising. All judges’
decisions are final! Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. I can be
disqualified with no refund at the Director’s discretion.
